Anyone know this truck? 2001 chevy dually on 24's

Seen this truck on Mautofied! Anyone know anything about it?

That area code is Okc and I have never seen that truck around here. I would love to have it though.

I was just curious if anyone knows it at all. I am looking for diesel dually as I just bought a new 30 foot trailer and my little Yota Tundra is struggling

yeah that dually is badass!!! the only thing that kinda bothers me is it looks like it has the reds adapters in the rear and they didnt paint them to match the black wheels. but damn thats sick
