how much of the front spring pocket will i hafta cut away to fit a 7" slam bag? any pics i can see?

cut till it fits. It's the same front end as an s-10

^ exactly theres no template for this. jack up the lower control arm with the bag in it mark it and cut. Continue until you have enough clearance around the bag so it doesn't rub during up and down motion.
