i need a little help i have a 1987 x cab mazda frame and a 1971 buick skylark body. they are the same wheelbase i just need to know if it will hold up under that heavy body or not any suggestions???????

you could box the frame with plate steel to make it stronger, just make sure it straight before you do. I Dont see why it wouldn't work.

its just the same as all the ppl puttin honda bodies on s-10 frames, if the wheel base lines up and your down with the challange to do this i say go for it, as for the strength issue just fab up some more crossmembers and so to beef it up....

yes it will work. mazda frames are plenty strong
