Fuel injection to carburetor swap?

Hi, i got a 1987 S10 with the fuel injection...

I was wondering... would i be able to switch that to a performance carburetor?

basically get rid of the fuel injection shit, and the wiring...

make it wehre i can clean the engine bay out...

edelbrock makes a kit for the 4.3s, comes with carb, intake and camshaft. think its like $600. if you just throw a carb on it tho, it will run like poo

well it would be nice to know the size of your motor.
