Im loving my rhino liner i have had them installed in all three of the trucks!! Now the big question, i personally havent had a problem, but a friend of mine has a tear/hole in his liner, he said it simply came from moving some furniture along the bed. Has anyone else had any problems with theirs and if this is true, short of going in to have it professionally fixed where it was installed is there anything that can be done on my own in case it ever does happen?

I know the big two Rhino/linex carry life time warrinties. they don't pull the whole liner they tape the bed off, acept up the spot that needs to be fixed. then pull paper and re texture the whole area. tell him to just go talk to his local rhino dealer.

i belive the reason that happend is becuase the shop did not sand the bed like thry should have and just spayed the liner over the clear coat that in the bed and they why it it tears

whoever sprayed it should fix it for u.....since they are spongy, they will tear if something sharp and heavy goes on them...but yeah they should just tape the area and respray that spot....I spray a harder liner at work, and it has some of the same problems

I have sprayed high preasure heat, and cold low preasure. what the prepers don't relize is when they don't do a good job sanding or wipeing down, material will lift or peel easy. then the truck will come back, and we just gotta do it over again. (I have peeled alot of bedliners)
