removal of window tint

I bought some window tint removal spray and you just spray it on then scrape it.

you can buy a steamer from any target or walmart. Just peel the edge back and start steaming. If you are doing it right the tint should peel off like wet paper. just steam the glue side of the tint. Dont use amonia. make sure you change your blades often when scraping or youll be buying new glass

I am not sure what everyone is talking about using chemicals. Take a damn razor blade to on edge or corner and just pull slowly as if removing vinyl from your vehicle just without the blow dryer.

i work for a tint shop and what we do on the back window is pull the film off and then we use soappy water and detailing clay to scrub off the glue. havent had it mess up the defroster my boss has been doing it like that for 15 years. you can get the clay at detailing shops it is used to take overspray off paint jobs.
