Wow. That's pretty sweet. Dude's got some major cashflow, that's for sure. I'd be pissed about spending 8 large on temp shoring in lieu of engineering an additional beam into the main approach...but whatever.

When your in the industry (like me ), you look at design-builds like this and tend to analize costs a little differently.

I'm sure there was some other reason for it that he didn't disclose. There has to be.

Man, and I thought our 30x42 was big!

he estimated the cost of it at 260k with the concrete/driveway refinished, yard redone, and and bunker interior walls sheetrocked.... NOT including the therater equiment or furnishings..... It's cool, but bump that. I rather build one bitchin' shop with every tool and shop toy I want, and still come out cheaper than that and have a smile just as big on my face!! Mad props though...

yea no joke and he built t in a sub, man screw that go out a lil ahve some land and a nice huge pole barn and go to town there
