So, my new years resolution like the last few years has been to lose weight and get in shape and stop eating junk food. So far I have been accomplishing it. I have lost 11 pounds so far. Cut down the junk food tremendously and have promised myself to not drink any alcohol until Spring Fling in March. Don't know if that will happen but we will see. Have taken up drinking green tea which i think has helped me lose my craving for sweets. Anyone else going through a health phase?
I'm working on not eating as much junk food and staying away from the alcohol until spring time at least, its only fun drinking in the garage around here.
