Whats a under construction 95 chevy dually worth.

I have a 95 chevy 1 ton crewcab dually w/a factory 350 motor.It was bagged in 1996 and needs updated.body droped needs interior installed and has primer paint job.Has a custom hood, bumper, grill, rollpan and alco 5 stars 16. It has been sitting for about 3years and need some tlc so what do you think would be a fair price.

i guess it really all depends what its worth to you, not us. How many miles, how apart is the interior, auto or 5 speed, ect.
