is the 95 a tacoma or still the pickup? I want to get the 90-94 model cause i like the shape of it but my question is whats the difference w/ the 95 and the 09-94 models? they look the same to me except the front end is a little different, is there anything else that i missed that different?

1995 was a half year- the "Hilux" and the Tacoma were both available. I think Toyota wanted to launch their new truck, but still had a bunch of the old trucks to sell, so they just did both.
The Tacoma is way different everywhere you look- different bodylines, different interior, engine, frame, etc.
However, the '95 Hilux is the same as any 89-94 model, essentially.

Good luck with your search!

like he said.. anything 89-95.5 is basically the same... besides the grille and front fender marker lights.the 3rd brake lights started i think in 93, and the tacoma started in 95.5

mine is a 1995 1/2 (2nd half year release) They also started offering the V6 option in 1995 1/2.
