alright i just got a 72 chevy short wheels base. my questions is will 24s fit in the rear of the truck? i know you can lay out any wheel size theres a will theres a way type of thing but sense i dont have a bed for it right now i need to know if i lay my truck on with 24s in the rear is there enough rooms or will the tire pretty much be above the bed? thanks

Tire size matters a great deal. All I know is they are doing 24's on the front of dimes now so the rear of your fullsize will not be a problem.

Like was stated above. take a tape and measure from the rocker to the bed rail. there are plenty of sites out there that will give you tire size .

You could probably fit a 35 series under there pretty easy but plan on narrowing the rearend around 6" overall...of course this is just a guesstimation.

A 30 series is like a 35 22" but doesnt look as good.

the 31.2in and 31.3 was the diameter, that didnt paste how I wanted it to... but a 265/35/24 will be at the top of the bed laying rocker
