monster notch help

i have a 92 gmc suburban and i was wondering how to make my own monster notch i would like to know the thickness of the steel and the dimension of the notches maybe a web site would be lots of help hope u guys can help me out

use 1/4 inche plate and make the notch as big as you want it just make a pattern and go with it.
