Well, A while back I put up a post asking if anyone ever did a swapon an isuzu and nobody ever replied. I went to a couple of local shops and they all told me the wernt interested in doing it for me. So I bought a donner Spacecab and started swapping. That was about a month ago and I am still doing it. Sinse then, a few others have asked about it and I told them I am in the middle of one and gave them some advice..., well I have some new advice,.... DON'T DO IT!! PUT IN A CABLE CLUTCH!!! It started out with the tranny itself, then the ignition, then the radiator, the engine bay harness, then the dash, then the dash harness,... and now, I've realized the entire back end has to be rewired.,,,SHIT!!!!. Well I just took a break then I'm gonna dig back in. By tomarrow, I should have the first 2wd, 2.6 4cyl, automatic Isuzu Rodeo in the world.... Or I'm just going to be very pissed. Wish me luck. Thanks Jay from Fab-Lab for the help.

F U biatch!! Get off the computer...You're supposed to be working on your truck. LOL. Seriously, thanks Jay,.. I couldnt do all this without you. It makes me just appreciate being a Minitrucker and all the friends and aquaintences I've met along the way.

I was grinding and the neighboor nocked on the garage door, he wasn't all that happy so I kinda had to stop. That is a big ass job you got goin though man, I did happen to pull the rest of my wire harness out tonight, it was the whole harness attached to the frame, took me about 15 seconds.

Well, its 3:45 AM up here in the northwest and I just started the Rodeo. It spit out a big puff of black smoke and coughed a little, then started purring like a kitten. I let it run for a bit and it only got better. After I get some sleep I'm gonna come back and get the dash back together, then take it out for a spin. Thats when the truth will show. I just need it to go thru a couple of gears! L8r.

Well, I just got every thing plugged back in and took it for a spin. Seemed to start out well and drove good, but couldnt feel it switching gears. Any ideas?
