Seems like first thing I would check is junkyards and see. I would check into maybe a wagovan straight axle.

i have a eclipse rear axle for mine., not sure if im gonna use it or make new irs from scratch. the eclipse is 5x114.5 and its easy to swap a accord to 5x114.5 not sure what kinda car you have but you might also have to narrow it too

Its funny how people with trucks do the independent setup and people with unibodys do solid axles

Try a trailer axle or weld some tubing between your trailing arms and cut the ends off so you still have all your factory rear brakes. Also make a tube one with a flange to mount your rear brakes onto. They just bolt onto the trailing arm from the back side with a couple torx bolts I think.
