I have a 1987 nissan hardbody and had to replace the alternator 3times now... Ive recently replaced it about 2weeks ago... Should i get a bigger alternator?...

What are you all powering on the truck? Are cables ok not corroded?

All I got wired up is my key less entry and my deck... I also just installed my 10inch led tail lights... I picked up the alternator at napa... do you think that has anything to do with my problems?

tkae your napa alt back and buy another one from somewhere else. sounds like who ever is rebuilding theirs is doing a bad job.

Should I upgrade and get a bigger alternator?
