Hey dose anyone know what all needs to be done to put a 67 front clip on a 72?It looks like they use the same fenders just a diffrent grill.

diff hood diff grille, ive heard the fenders were the same but dont quote me on it im almost positive every year besides 67-68 had marker lights

everything is different on the front end, fenders were the same for 67-68 then they were changed and stayed the same from 69-72, the grille was only 67-68 and the rad support is different aswell... you pretty much need a front end from a 67-68 to convert it.

67 and 68 fenders were diff. 67 had no side markers and 68 had side markers but they were not lit. also the grills on those years are not being reproduced. everything elss Brothers Trucks sells.

hey thanks guys that helps alot...

Do you know if 22s will fit up front????
I know you have to z the frame a bit, But do you have to move the upper control arm. I plan on body dropping to the rocker.

You don't need to bodydrop these trucks to lay body. If you do a notch and link in the back it'll lay no prob. up front, I suggest sectioning the crossmember, this, contrary what people say, is easier than z'ing the frame. When you z the frame you have to worry about all kinds of shyte, sectioning the member is fairly simple and if you do it right there are only two things you may run into problems with really, stearing shaft to upper control arm rubbing, and tie rod rubbing. This will lay the frame flat front to back, but if you still wanna lay body... These are the numbers from my truck, the frame is only 1/4" lower than the pinch of the rocker, and 3/4" if you cut the pinch off, soo theoretically to lay rocker you need to bodydrop 3/4", but who wants to bodydrop that little when you can be creative and get that 3/4" out of the fat OEM body mounts, think about it....$10 is a steal for a crossmember from the wrecker.... To lay 22's you'll need to get rid of the stock hinges, and do some trimming to the inside of the front fenders. Here are a couple links to check out.
