How do i plumb a ball valve setup? i am gettin 2 slam specialties bags, with 4 ptc tube straight fittings... What do i need and will i be able to run them without a compressor, just a tank?

i wouldnt run them... there not DOT approved so if you got pulled over you would prob get a ticket. are the fittings DOT approved? or are you wanting to put them in just so you can air it up and move it around?

well i'll be running them temporarily until my tax return comes in... in a 1981 ford courier...

i ran them in my S-10 a long ass time ago, i only ran a bottle at 500 PSI. Got pulled over plenty of times and never had a question about it( not that is cant happen)

Are looking to see how to bulid the set up or just IF you can?

There's lots of ways of doing it, that just happened to work for me, cause i like the truck to sit even when driving. I used that when i had 5/8" parkers and ran 300psi on a bottle. When i was stuck at a light too low, across from a cop, i'd crack open the up nice and slow, and be a full 4" higher with out the bark of the valves going off, and without the cop noticing. Ball valves were the norm back before electronic valves were cheap/readily available.

I wouldn't suggest running a bagged vehicle with only a tank and nothing to re-supply it. But like james said above, if it's only to move the vehicle from parking spot to spot, do what you have to do, atleast it's prgress, while your waiting on your money.
