I want to put 2 leds under my doorhandles 1 under each. I'm trying to do it so that when I push the aux button both of the lights turn on. will it work this way or will they only stay on if I'm holding the button? any help is appreciated.Ricky.

some alams have such an output, but even if yours doesnt you can use a pulse timer relay to turn a pulsed output into a latched output.

Russ is right. A Laching relay is what you need. Directed part # is 611T. After every thing is installed all you will have to do is hit your aux button to turn them on and hit the same button to turn them off.

A lot of Viper alarms have "domelight supervision" which turns on the dome light for 30 seconds after disarming- this would turn them on for you automatically without the need to remember to turn them back off again!
Just a thought- good luck with the project!

Use channel 3 (white/blue) on the Viper-350hv and program it to latched or latched, reset with ignition. In the install manual menu #2, 2-9. You'll need to use a relay because it's a low current output.
