so im lookin to get some body work done to my truck but i want a body shop that does good work. im sure like everyone else, there's nothin i hate more than shady body work. anyone know where one might find a good shop in WI or in IA? thanks for you help. peace!

Go to a independent bodyshop. Don't go to any big huge name shops cause they're more worried about quantity than quality. Least in my experience that is. But those small bodyshops do great work and aren't bad on prices. Again thats my opinion. Good luck!

when checkin out shops, see what kind of materials they use and if they have some custom work there, take a look at it. we have albums of the custom stuff weve done at work and it helps alot to see other projects and stuff. also expect to pay a lil more cuz the labor rate for custom stuff is usually higher, 38-44 is the insurance labor rate so around 48-60 is about right for around "custom" stuff.

yeah i gotcha. i juss need to finde a shop now. lol i think there might be one in dubuque, ia but i'll have to make few phone calls to see. the next closest is an hour away and the one after that is like 4.
