so when i put my door panel back on i will have 2 holes (one from door handle and other from window crank) and I was wanting to know how easy it was just to fiberglass over the door minus the door panel. Do you bolt a piece of plywood up to it or what?

really wouldnt recomend glassing over the metal door it moves to much and it would crack try making a mold to mount on the door or glass over the actual door panel and keep your factory mounting spots

There are allot of ways to do it. From scatch it is really easy to start with 1/4" mesonite or mdf. I usually fill the factory door panel holes. Dont know if that helps?
