b 20 block

im thinkin of a nasty motor i wanna build but not sure the only boost i want is nitrous i have a block but whut head should i use with the b 20.. i only wanna put new rods and pistons in not a whole lotta machining?or a crank .. i know i will build whut ever head i get maybe b 18 gsr with cams,springs,valves,retainers,etc any body got any input frum past experince? brands 2 get and 2 stay away from ? thanx

i would use a b16 head, ive heard from serveral ppl that they flow better...
