setting pinion angle for a C10

when setting the pinion angle on my 84c10, what angle should it be set at? i know it needs to be set at ride height and that my lower link bars should be parallel to the ground(triangular 4 link). as well as the uppers being slightly under parallel. when setting it should the rear be exactly in the middle of the notch?
