Where can I find some parts for a '66 Lincoln?

I am needing to find a bunch of replacment factory parts for a friends new project. He just needs things like tie rod ends, ball joints, bushings, etc. And we need carpet, headliner, and a dash pad.

Also, what's involved in laying that beast out, we haven't been able to pick it up yet, he stopped and bought it, but didn't have a trailor with him to bring it home and it's 5 hours away from us, but we are just wanting to get the ball rolling for when we can go get it.

parts are hard to come by for these cars. most parts for my 62' came from the venders listed on that site and Napa carries a certain amount of parts.
