you are talking about a 99 as in old square body style right? if so (hopefully because a 99 is a old square one!) anyways yeah i had one and laid it out. it was a 97 and i took it to about 1.25" off rocker. it had a bigg ass notch and reverse triangulated 4 link. then wwe shaved the frame and put in some 2.5 x 2.5. looked very sick. tubbed to the windows, tucked lugs. ok now some details..... first of all if you want to get it this low you got to totally cut out the floor from back seat back. we did some like 2' notches and basicall backhalved it. you will tie into the frame at the body mounts right behind the back seat and go up from there. we put two bars going forward on the out side of the frame and the bottom of the axle, and two bars going back on the top of the axle and at 30 deg. angles. the bags were cantilevered on the rear bars. i took a very hard to find gas tank out of a two door tahoe and put it under the rear bars and between the axle and the back door.(about where stock location is on a 2 door but about a foot higher) good luck finding that tank, so you could just use a cell. but if you could find a tank all your stock sendig unit and pump work in it so thats pretty cool.then we just welded in the 2.5 x 2.5 and made the frame even with the front couple of feet before it dips down and shaved off the rest. it got damn low and looked good and you could roll it low with out worrying about tearing up rockers. i ran sum 22x 9.5 with 26535s with +40 offset. that real pos offset let me make pretty drastic turns low. worked out nice. ill try to get a pic 4 u.
