3 link with reverse bags on bars

ok here is another newbe question about bagging a pre taco. i wana do to loweer bars with a offset wish bone. Iv read that the longer the ,the better the pinion angle is there such a thing as bars that are too long??? cuse then you get more side to side movment. How long should the wishbone be?? and one more the bars with the bags on them should be shorter for strength or longer for levrage ?? the rear bars are goan have shackles on the end to the axle so that those bars dont effect the pinion angle.. thanks for awnsering my stupid questions in advance
