91 yota fuel pump problems, HELP

my truck blew a fuse under the hood, gauges and radio went dead, i kept driving and a hour later the truck died on my way home, no power to the fuel pump.. anyone know where the main relay/ cuircut relay for the pump is? mines a 91 so it doesnt have the pump relay under the hood in the box

there should be and efi fuse under the hood in the black box my buddies blew the crap out of them until he found the short

i know why the gauges blew,
i just cant find the circuit opening relay the manual talks about.
i ran a jumper wire to the pump and it works so it has to be a relay
