o.k let me try and make as much sense as possible when i say this.i own a nissan hardbody i did the bags with a few of my friends but the other day some guy came up to me and was like "can you bag my truck with out haveing to four link it and without having to cut up the frame for the notches"i told him fuck i don't know because the trucks i've bagged all had fout links and c notches or extensive pipe work from the back of the cab,he's asking me the cheapest and easiest way to do it without losing the stock look. this is mind bottleing(you know like when your thoughts get all trapped in a bottle)nah just joking but does any body have a bag over spring set up or some pictures would really Help if you got'um or an explination of how to do it if not i'm gonna send this guy on his way. i meen i've got my thoughts but i need be reaffirmed right on guys & girls oh yeah its a nissan hardbody

yes you could run it on your truck, or i mean his truck. just move your front spring location up and forward, and put your bag on the axle or just behind it. or just ait and save until you have the money to do it right, or until he has the money to do it right. sorry

he could just do a crossmember and a over axle set up if im thinking right...it will not even be close to laying out without a notch.its stupid just tell him to cut that shit up

I have seen a few 4 x 4 trucks having it. Just saw them do one the other day on Spike TV.

you will lay perfectly fine up to 17" wheels with a normal 2.5" notch. and go with a bag behind and under axle setup

If he's gonna bag it just tell him to 4link it and be done with it....Honestly it just works ALOT better with a 4link..and if it's dne right it's safer with a 4link...
I've never seen it happen, but i've heard of leaf springs snapping over time because of being bagged..Since they are flexed both ways "when raised then dropped" it'll break them over time....Like I said, never seen that happen but heard it around over the years.

agreed it is alot safer just to go with a link set up because over time the leaf springs will become real weak from stress that the bag will put on the leafs. wecause when it is done its done on a single leaf and isnt going to be near as safe as a link set up
