Here is the latest for Porterbuilt StreetRods. I have a big thing for blazers so this one was cool to do.

and like robbie said, without you none of us would have even thought of trying 3d renderings due to time. but your prooving us wrong and raising the bar to another level, and i fuckin love it.

Hey thanks guys... but trust me I am taking a beating on these things. Yes they are time intensive, but I have very big alternative reasons for doing them this way? Time will tell. I have alot more to show soon but clients have not posted them so I have to wait. More Camaros, a wagon, 07 tundra and such? Anybody going to the Goodguys show in DelMar next week?

toad, just wondering what you charge for a 2 view rendering such as that, i am a 3d model artist by trade and i know that modeling out a vehicle can be some work, what program are you using and if its either 3dsmax or maya, are you using polys, sub d's, patches, nurbs? im just trying to find out how you guys make it affordable for the customer and still make a buck or two on the job

It kinda depends on the project and such but I start at $300 on the two view renders. Time wise sometimes it is better to model it than to search out a hires acceptable image. I do use polys and sub d's both and i use Lightwave and Rhino.
