I'm not sure how many of you follow NHRA drag racing but a true warrior in the funny car division was lost. Eric Medlen passed away from severe head trauma sustained while testing after last weekends Gatornationals in Gainesville Florida.

Rest In Peace Eric...

I don't follow it as much as i should but it is always sad to see someone pass. But at least he was lucky to die from what he enjoyed doing and not from cancer or getting shot or any other fucked up way to die.

Horrible. if you watched ESPN tonight almost every driver had a tribute to him on there car...alot of them getting emotional. they said eric loved the rain even at the race track, and it rained on them today...they used 2 helicopters to dry the track..lol
