Dealers License help

Ok, I'm trying to find out how to get my dealer's license and am having no luck. I'm going through the notary courses and will be getting that soon enough, and want to go about getting my license. Surely someone on here has a license and can point in the right direction.

as far as i no in the state of PA you have to own a car lot in order to get your dealers lic. i sell cars an have my sales lic here in PA but i still cant to a action an buy cars. i think you need to prove to have a lot an meet all there regulations.
