two tone touch up

ok i have a couple cracks in the custom body work on some of the body lines and im going back in this weekend and fixin them... its all in a black bc..my question is when i do this i should reclear the whole panel correct theres really no other way..bc its cut off half way up the panel with green.heres a pic let me know any suggeesttions
