so i hired a builder to build a garage for me 26x26 gave him 7 grand for materials and he was supposed to pur the foundation the next day well guess what 3 weeks has gone by and no foundation the contract expires on the 1st and the dick face wont answer calls and when he does i get a ass of excuses well i did alittle research and ends up the dudes bbb report is clear but his criminal record is about 7 pgs long from fraud to fraud/stop checks all kinds of shit what a lowlife scum and now i have to get an attorney and im out 7 gs...so i may end up having to get rid of all my shit to cover this loan for the building
