I got my 91 Accord wagon to lay front crossmember/oil pan/tranny on the ground on 18s with just cylinders with custom mounts and very little cutting.

The back didn't lay out but it sat totally level with the front on 19s.

i used to have a 97 accord and i used smc cylinders and i just cut the top of the shock tower for the upper control arm to come up through and also cut the little lip inside the fender or bend it up and you will lay all the way out and the back you can lay out pretty easy

What do you consider laying out and on what size wheel/tire combo? I would say layed out is laying pinchweld.
