backspacing for a 93 hardbody with 5 lug

I need to know how much backspacing i need for my wheels to clear my fenders on my 93' Nissan Hardbody with a Toyota 5 lug conversion. I thought I remembered it was +45? But I could be wrong.

+45 will work. +40 is about as close to the fender as you will get and still tuck.
