i was wondering what you guys were using for your bridges as far as wall thickness on the tubing. i was thinking 1/4 but wasnt sure. maybe 1/8. what do you guys think?

1/4 inch is purdy thick!ive seen 1/8 and 3/16...if you use box tube (and i bet you will)you already have one more side than the stock frame rail chanel (1/8").i think 2x3x3/16 is the ol'stand by.but use what ever youlike.. if your welder can burn into 1/2 plate go for it!

but if its 2 thick, somethings won't flex with a standard frame and can cause cracking. Not common, but it can happen.

Or just build a big one that can hold allot of weight...
