I bagged my truck, removed the antilock brake system from the rear, and now the light it on. Does anyone know how to bridge the old system out to shut off the light. Suggestions would be nice lol.

If you take your dash out you can just remove the light bulb thats what I did.

my light is on too. i was wondering instead of just covering up the problem by taking the light out. what is the problem that is causing the light to be on. but if i cant figure it out im just gonna pop the light out.

If you look under you're drivers side seat there should be the antilock computer, just pull out the main plug and wait 15 seconds it should reset the light. Or if you look just behind the rear drums you should see the sensor pull each side off and clean the prongs, also check the front ones. Or you could have a bad one and can go to the local parts and pick one up, priced out new at Napa is about $80.00. Hope this helps.....

I also heard that checking the E break and adjusting if need will cause the light to go out
