BD progress pics

This is something I have been meaning to do for a while, just never got around to it, sorry for the nasty pics, my good camera died, will get some better ones sometime.

Drivers side upper and lower bag plates are not aligned. The bag is leaning.

Hopefully you have some more bracing planned for those bag mounts. I would be worried about the plate bending since your tube is no centered on the mount.

are you going to have it back together before s&j

ARe you using a stick welder??? Just out of curiosity...

Probably run a gusset or two from the tube supporting the top of the bag mount.. to the top bag mount.

Yeah I am going to run some gusset to that bag mount. And yes, I hope to have it for S&J.

whats the deal with the front lower 4-link mounts? i know your still working on it, but in the pic it looks like its just a bolt welded at an angle to the frame?

that looks like maybe an old link bar hanging there? haha.. the new ones appear to be on the inside of the rails going to the crossmember.

Square tabs look so backyard.

That lower bar that you see on the outside of the frame is just setting there, it has nothing to do with the four link anymore. I just sat it there to show one of my friends the size comparison between the two, and I failed to move it before the pic.
