Chassis Teck upper and lower arms

I local guy has a set of new upper and lower control arms for a 88-98 1/2 ton Chevy. First off are they any good? If so what would you offer him for them. I would like to get them for my truck just don't want to buy something I will regret. He sold his truck before putting his air kit on it and is selling the rest of the kit to someone else.

There is a reason why the guy is getting rid of it ALL!!! Buy them for peoples safety and melt the mother fuckers at the scrapyard!!!
