wat to get

i jus bought a colorado crew cab n i wanna put sum nice bang in it but im confused on wat to get,i wanna put a 12" on the floor in the rear,dont have too much room,so i was interested on a sub that required lil room but will knock real hard,i was looking at the shallow mounts but i heard they are ok,that they dont bang hard,wat shud i get

Not sure how much room you have. But in my crew cab duallie I built a box with 2 Eclipse 10"s facing down under the seat. Not the loudest thing in the world. But you know theres something in there

Check Pioneer that have a line of subs that are very slim and require hardly any airspace.

jl has a bunch of new shallow subs coming out in june and some that are already out (6.5 & 8 inch w3v3 and w3v1 i think it is) check out their site and pioneer has some really nice sounding ones as well and so does image dynamics

Rockford Punch P1 sub, with the backing plate removed, in less than half a cube of airspace. It sounded like a BEAST too.

Here's a hint. Go check out every local audio shop you can, see if you can talk to the installers. Skip the sales guys... they'll know what's up, but will try and sell you on something expensive... talk to the installers, and see their opinions.
