hey guys just wondering on ur opinions on slam bags, ive heard just good things about them, and i got firestone bags now but thinking of putting on slam bags, i was lookin at the specs tho and it says there 200psi max bags. is there a operating pressure of these bags? say running only 100psi, would it harm the bags at all?

no it wouldnt.. infact firestones are only rated at 100psi themselves.. i've put 300 daily into my re7 slams in my 1st gen s10.. not a single problem.. you will be pleased with them.

well im curious because my current set up, tanks only hold 150 psi, so most il prob get outta the bags will be about 100-120 psi, and i wouldnt wanna damage the bags by under infalting them. which is why i was curious if they had a operating pressure

you're not under inflating them.. u cant underflat slams.. what you can do to some other bags is ride with NO pressure in them and could maybe if youre the unluckiest person ever.. tear them up.. but slams have built in bumpstops.

also your tank says 150 but it must be abale to hold 4 times that to be 'dot' approved.. so you can actually stick 600 into that tank and have no worries.

i have an airlift tank, the 12 gal.. say 150.. i've had 300-325 in it for 6 months dailying it.. no problems at all.
