But they made pantloads of B2600 and B2600i 4x4, and the body is the same as the B2000 B2200, except for the flared wheel openings.

So if you need an extra 1/2 inch of clearance, the 4x4 bed will work. But if you bodydrop it, it will still hit the bedside higher up. You can get a courieror sundowner (the 77-85 Mazda truck) rear axle and have the driveshaft adapted, it is a couple inches narrower and is still 6 lug. Read through some of the topics in the mazda forum, guys were just discussing it a few days ago.

i too have an issue where the rear output shaft seal was mashed in a matter of days...at full lift the driveshaft pulls out, when laid out the shaft is forced all the way in (or it might be vice versa), could it be that the pinion angle issues? Im thinking the differential was welded in place at a wrong angle. I have a 2 piece driveline, what can i do to correct this issue? switch to a 1 piece? And if so from what vehicle? Id hate to have $parky ripped apart when she was just completed a few weeks ago. Any help is greatly apprecitated.
