The truck was torn down for a while. but someone else took it apart, then abandoned the project so we are trying to figure it out. It's not the computer. we have a friend with a salvage yard and he let us borrow one they had to check thatThe way it seems is that there is 1 power wire and then grounds going into the PCM to control themWhen u hook a test light to one of the grounds then crank it over, then it will try and crank with that 1 cylinder

What could this possibly be?

was the column swapped? the bcm? the switch in the column is "coded" to the bcm which tells the pcm its okay ( not stolen) which allows the injectors to work. that would be my guess, something inthe passlock setup has triggered a theft code...

HAPPENED TO ME, PASSLOCK STUFF, WITH OUT THE BATTERY I HELD THE POS. AND NEG. TERNIMALS TOGETHER TO CLEAR OUT THE DIODS AND IT WORKED
CLEAR IT THEN LET IT SIT FOR A COUPLE HOURS WITH NO BATTERY
