i was just seeing if anyone had some suggestions on a front susp. swap to get rid of the i beams

i was told by a guy that a 80s arowstar would work and be able to hold up to the waight i am waving my options thanks

if ur lookin for cheep, fullsize chevy. should be the same lug pattern and u get lovly contorl arms and a jillion aftermarket parts for it. and who ever told you an aerostar would work has never looked at there crappy ass suspension lol. if you are lookin for just static ride height, then a MII will work but it mite break the bank. MIIs are known for binding out on big wheels w/ out alot of work.also parst are readily availbe at parts stores for a FSC clip(track width should be around the same, if not narrower)

Yup. They are not the same.But you can find rims with both patterns.

just to chime in the mustang 2 can be had for 900 bucks from speedway i believe it is. this is with everything but the engine crossmember.new brakes tubular arms rack and everything else

On the 96 bronco I did, I used the mustang 2. I was able to build 2 " longer a-arms and get 2" longer tie rod ends. This allowed a good amount of travel over stock. The lug pattern is small five on 4.5 though. Your stock pattern is 5 on 5.5. I matched a 9" rear axle to the front. Hope this helps/ Also it layed door on a 295/40/22 with no room to spare. The tire just missed the hood and just cleared lifted.

doing a mustang II right now on 20s not problem probably could do 22s but i did make all my own control arm mounts
