what gauge you usin on floor and bed sides? do you have pics of the structal part of your bed before the sheeting? im using 16 gauge steel. ive got 2 4x8 and i was picky and wanted a solid sheet for the floor so i used a 60-120 sheet cut done to size. as of right now the olnt thing weld in is the floor and ive still got to spot weld it

not trying to jack the thread but, what does everyone do for suport under the floor? and what does everyone protect the bottom side of the bed so that it doesnt rust? line-x, herculiner, paint?

I put a sealer on and then some POR 15 on the back of all my sheetmetal before I welded it up. I left the top side bar metal and primed that later before it got Line-Xed
