I want to bag my dually in the near future...for the rear suspension, is there a way to run some type of a wishbone setup that works properly. I want to leave gas tank in factory position and would prefer to not have a panhard bar. I see some trucks running a wishbone type of upper bar....can I do that w/ gas tank in stock location?

I just posted about the hatered that minitruckers have for the panhard (see the h-link thread.) Don't stress on the wishbone idea, it has it's place, but under a lowered truck is not really one of them. Use a panhard bar or if you really can't stand the simplicity of it, you can spend the extra $ on a watts-link.

As a side note- Everthing that I build is designed to do exactly what the customer needs. And I have never run a watts-link on anything, it is a waste of time and money. Mechanically, there is nothing wrong with them, they work great, but the money could be better used elsewhere... Good shocks maybe?

Thanks for the imput...I have no problem w/ a panhard bar, just thought I might be able to run a set up w/o a panhard bar or watts link w/ gas tank in stock location. So panhard bar it is then. And I agree...as much as I dont like panhard bars, I wouldnt spend the money on one of those fancy watts link kits.
