is your frame bent ? do you have one of the leaf springs backwards, lowering blocks ? ... PICS !?!?!

Without seeing pics, I cant give a good answer, but as it is mentioned above, check your leaf springs, and all that, also I read somewhere along time ago, that S-10's lean to the drivers side approximately 1". I am not sure if this is totally true, but I've seen alot of things with my truck, and a friends truck, that would confirm the statement. I think if you had the leafs in backwards, your axle would be kicked forward, I made the mistake one time of having one in correctly and one in backwards, way back when I first did my truck. and the axle was crooked in the frame. If you can, take some pics, and find a common point on both sides of the frame, and take measurements from your floor(if its level) and see what you come up with.

The lean is caused by the gas tank, from the factory the these trucks are over sprung on the driver side for driver weight and gas tank weight. Even bagged you will find that you need to add a little more pressure to the driver side to make it level.

The bed is off center of the frame? Or is the box side tweaked out?
