94 sonoma valve question

i was just wondering where the best location to place my valves would be im running 1/2 line with 3/8 (valves on the passanger side there is the catalytic converter so do i place it on the out side of the frame rail or no

i gota 95 s10 and i first ran the air line on the outside of the frame and i got the valves for the frt on the bottom of the radiator support like right under the battery. and the air lines run over the finder wells in to the valves then turns back to go to the bag cups. now i am bodydroped and i burnt a hole in the line from draggin, i ran the air line in through the cab and under the hood is basicaly the same
