i'm doing some custom fiberglass door panels, center console and other things what is a good sander to use or what do you guys use i have a compressor but its just a smaller one 150 gallon so i don't think an air one would be a good pic.

electris D/A(dual action) sander for larger areas and an air powered angled die grinder with sanding pads for smaller areas and hand sanding.

I use a dynabrade d/a all day every day thats pretty much all i do for like 4 out of the 8 hours a day i'm at work.I love it nice and smooth! Think they run just under $200

air is the way to go first get a compressor to run one. i use hutchins and dynbrade pricey but will last a liftime. ull really only want to use a DA(dual action) to get your body work to to a good point of block sanding.always block tedious work but makes it better in the end
