How many of you guys with toyota trucks are running FWD wheels and having to use huge spacers in the front so that your center caps will go on, or make it look like less of a motorhome in the front???

Reason for this wierd question is my building of brake kits has started and im building billet hubs for mazda's and nissan frontier right now, but i just bought a toyota and had a set of neeper titan wheels but the center caps won't fit because the spindle sticks out too far...

Is there anyone interested in hubs that will allow you to run FWD wheels and not have to put in a .750" or 1.00" spacer and longer studs???

I'd like it if I could find wheels that tuck better. 18x7 with a +40 offset keeps my tires 3/8" away from my fenders.

i ordered my rims for a 90 something camry & i only had to grind off about 1/16" off my spindle (didn't even come close to the threads) to get my caps to fit right. i'm not sure of the offset or backspacing, but they work fine.

I have a +48 offset and I use a 1/2 spacer and it all fits nicely.

But to answer your question, yes. I'm always interested in stuff that is made for the imports over the damn s10's.

Ive got a set of 17-inch Motegi M7's & they have a 40mm offset & I had to use 1/4 wheel spacers so I could get the caps to fit & not hit the grease cap. It would be nice to see some more parts made for these & other import
trucks...hell there are a few around but no once seems to think we buy parts & do stuff to our rides!!

I ran a A.R.E. wheel in a +42 offset on a 93 toyota and stuck with the 2wd sheet metal, never had any issues with rubbage or issues with centercaps

If I still ran my factory spindles it would fit fine. Its my belltech's that won't let the grease cap and center cap fit proper.
