2006-2008 FORD SUPER DUTY PARTS

Does anyone know where I can get a front clip for the new Super Duty? I have checked Ebay and Craigslist. Will it bolt on a '99 F250 or do I need a new core support, etc? Thanks

Um i know u need a new harness to run the lights ect..and it doesnt exist! There was a front clip stolen from okc and one sitting in a body shop and they have to have one pulled off the line at ford.My friend owns a salvage and told me this.

anyone else. I know it is possible without a new harness. The lights have not changed that much.

come on, someone has to work at a Ford dealership.

A freind of mine that owns a bodyshop (South Coast Customs-Woodlands, TX) bought a '08 front end from the dealership to put on his '06. He had to do a ton of fabrication. Nothing lined up. It does not just bolt on. I considered doing the same thing until I saw how much he had to chop up hit truck. He didn't tell me anything about a wiring harness though.

I just put a 2006 front end on my 2001, had to change the header panel and make a wiring harness for the headlights. You can buy the pigtails from ford but they were 40.00 a piece. As for the pieces I got the header and the grille aftermarket, the bumper come from houston, a place called hendry's and I had to buy the headlights from the dealer. All in all I have about 900.00 in the front end and it made a hell of a difference. Alot cheaper than buying a new truck. lol.

Hey Mark, I did the same thing Anthony did. Its very simple. I bought the pigtails for the lights from Ford and it made it very easy. Everything bolts on and you have to make a new bracket for the bumper which is simple. I have pics and instructions I wrote up on a how to for the swap but I have to find them cus I just moved. Yah...buy a new 08 Ford!!! lol! dont front get the real thing! its like puttin a lexus front end on a geo...its still a geo and your ford is still not the new twin turbo!
